Rippe & Kingston Capital Advisors Guides Mackinac Island Acquisition

CINCINNATI – August 23, 2010 – Rippe & Kingston is pleased to announce that Jeremy Frye has successfully completed the certification process with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) to earn his designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Jeremy is a principal with Rippe & Kingston Certified Public Accountants and Advisors, a member of the McGladrey Alliance based in Cincinnati, OH. Mr. Frye has over 16 years of public accounting experience and specializes in work with entrepreneurial-minded, large, privately-held companies. Mr. Frye will continue his financial reporting and business advisory specialization, but will also join the firm’s Valuation Group led by Mr. Joe Rippe. “We are seeing an incredible demand for valuation work,” says Rippe. “Having an accountant with Jeremy’s background and skill set join our group will expand the firm’s ability to provide clients with certified valuation guidance.”

The CVA designation is the result of a rigorous training program, a thorough exam and a comprehensive case study. Continuous education is required to maintain the designation.
