Jeremy Frye

Jeremy is a principal in the audit department at Rippe & Kingston and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He has worked in public accounting since 1993 and focuses on audit and business advisory.

Jeremy’s accounting and business expertise include: mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, purchase accounting, contract and construction accounting, financial projections and budgeting, cash flow and banking analysis, auditing standards, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting, corporate finance decisions, and inventory costing (both manufacturing and merchandising).

Jeremy’s industry experience includes: manufacturing, distribution, professional services, architectural design, brand identity, construction and contracting, aerospace, real estate management and development, commercial printing, aviation, trucking, retailing, employee leasing, and a variety of others.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Jeremy earned his BBA in accounting. He is licensed to practice as a CPA in the state of Ohio.

Jeremy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
