Rippe & Kingston offers paid vacation that allows employees to maintain a
balanced lifestyle.
Paid Holidays
Our offices are closed during the following holidays: Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday following
Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Trimester Bonus
Professional employees below manager are eligible for a bonus every
trimester period which is based on performance and chargeable hours.
Medical and Dental Insurance
Rippe & Kingston offers 2 group health insurance plans as well as dental
insurance to their employees and eligible dependants.
Life Insurance
Included with the group health package is a life insurance policy for
each employee working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Retirement Savings Plan
Rippe & Kingston’s 401K plan provides employees with a source of income
after retirement. You will be eligible to contribute a pre-tax portion of
your income to a trust and then the firm will make a contribution to the
trust.
Cafeteria Plan
You will be eligible to set aside pre-tax dollars from your compensation
for medical expenses not covered by regular health insurance. Medical,
dental, vision, and child care expenses are included in this plan.
Education
Rippe & Kingston is committed to providing continuing professional
education to our personnel. As a part of training, our employees attend a
variety of educational programs designed to assist job performance.
Additionally, the firm provides time off with full pay for days spent taking
the CPA exam or other similar certification exams.
Employee Referral Bonus
In the event that a referred candidate is hired by Rippe &
Kingston, a bonus is paid to the referring employee. |
